3 1/2 cups cranberries (1 12oz bag)
1 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup coconut palm sugar
1. Put the cranberries, water, and lemon juice in a pot over medium/high heat, covered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. You want all of the cranberries to burst.
2. Add the sugar and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, uncovered.
