3 medium white potatoes, halved and then sliced into wedges
3 cloves minced garlic
1/8 cup oil (any mild tasting that can tolerate high heat)
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- Preheat oven to 420 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the potatoes in ziploc bag or large bowl with oil and mix until fully coated.
- Cover potatoes with spices and mix until the potatoes are completely coated.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and cook at 420 degrees for 20 minutes. Flip the potatoes and cook for an additional 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are slightly crispy on the edges.
